For the first time ever, our Year 4s  got to put their lego skills to the test. For two full afternoons this half-term, the children got to build and programme lego models to make them move. 

In pairs, they were given the choice of 4 models to build and programme using the laptops in school. This activity gave the children the independence over their own learning as well as allowing  them to build on their collaboration skills of building on one anothers strengths to get the task complete. It did take a lot of resilience as well!
