As the gates opened this morning, we were blown away with the effort that everyone had put in for world book day. 

Throughout the morning, Year 4s shared their favourite books with one another and the reasons to why they like reading. The conversations flowed, and the children showed a lot of passion about reading and reminisced about different books that they have grown to love through the years. 

The afternoon consisted of designing our own libraries full of colour and cosy spaces to read and of course lots of books. We then adventured across the school to listen to books loved by different members of staff.
