Welcome to a new school year! We've loved spending the past week with the children in our new classes and are looking forward to all the exciting learning still to come. We've had fun-filled week with our team building PE activities where 5S had wheelbarrow and piggyback races to build confidence and trust in each other and 5A even had Harriet completing a handstand walk across the whole of the school hall to solve the problem posed. 

Year 5 have started our topic "What on Earth is Bravery?" and have learnt the names of the planets in science with some memorable mnemonics - ask your child if they can remember one!
