Year 6 started their 'Enterprise' project  and to kick us off we taste tested chocolate! The aim being to start the children thinking about the ingredients they may wish to use in their final recipes and whether they would choose something Fair Trade/Gluten Free/Dairy Free or not.

The children had some excellent discussions about 

-aroma

-appearance

-taste 

-texture 

and started thinking about these key points for 8 different chocolate varieties.

The taste testing showed us you're ready to taste bread and decide as a group which bread type you will decide to go with.
