Notes

Secret Garden Club – this will run for the first half term only. This club is for children with a genuine interest in gardening.

Mayhill Heroes – this is for military children only and will run after school on the first Tuesday of each month on the following dates – 7th October, 4th November, 2nd December, 6th January, 3rd February, 3rd March.

School Run Clubs

Clubs will be charged at £25 per club place per term, unless otherwise stated. Children should be collected by an adult at the main entrance, unless otherwise stated, where the teacher running the club will dismiss them. In the event a club has to be cancelled we will endeavour to provide 48 hours notice via email to parents.

Clubs have limited numbers of children for health and safety reasons. You will have been informed via email by 12th September if your child is confirmed to have a place on a club or has been placed on a waiting list. Payment for confirmed places will then be due by 19th September. Non-payment may result in the place being given to another child from the waiting list.

Places will then be allocated at the school’s discretion but largely in order of preference, on a first come first served basis. We aim to try and ensure as many children as possible can attend at least one club and as many children have the opportunity to experience the clubs on offer. This may mean that your child will not automatically gain a space in a popular club that they have previously attended.

THE FORM FOR THE AUTUMN TERM IS NOW CLOSED. IF YOU WISH TO ENROL YOUR CHILD ON A SCHOOL RUN CLUB PLEASE CONTACT THE SCHOOL OFFICE.

If you would like to sign your child up to attend any externally run clubs, please see information below and please note the start dates which can be different from School Run Clubs.

Please note that all children who attend school clubs are expected to attend every week unless they are ill, there is a written note/email or a message left by a parent with the school office. The best form of communication is a note to your child’s class teacher that they can read and then pass onto the school office. If children fail to attend the club without prior notification being given to their class teacher, we may decide to request they no longer attend school clubs.

School Run Clubs will begin on the week commencing 15th September 25, with the last club being held in the week commencing 24th November 2025.
