Ali Sparks- Author Visit
03.12.2024Year 6 were lucky enough to be invited by Robert May’s to join year 7’s talk with author Ali Sparks. She spent lots of time discussing her new book ‘100 Summers’ and gave us lots of inspiration as budding writers. Many of us have even started reading some of her books.
In her new book, she uses lots of codes- with the most secure being book cyphers as both codebreakers need the same copy of the book. When we got back to school, we used our copies of The Midnight Fox to create secret messages for our friends.
