Happy’s Circus presents Universe!
As part of Mayhills 50th birthday celebrations we are very excited to announce that Happy’s Circus will be performing their current show Universe! on Wednesday 24th June on the school field. The event is open to the local community so please share with family and friends and we hope to see many of you there.
Universe! Synopsis
Let us take you to a place where boundaries dissolve, and the marvels of the Universe unfold before your eyes. From the moment you step inside the Big Top, you will be swept away on a galactic journey led by stargazing acrobats, gravity-defying aerialists, and mysterious cosmic creatures from out of this world. Performers lose themselves in a swirling galaxy of light and sound. Weaving together feats of daring and beauty to remind us that the universe we call home is both vast and intimately magical. Immerse yourself in a spectacle of colour, wonder, and enchantment that celebrates the limitless possibilities that lie far beyond our realm.
Tickets go on sale Friday 1st May 2026 at 3pm.

FAQs
Location
The circus will be held on Mayhill’s school field. Access into the field will be via Mayhill’s field gate by the Cottage Hospital,not . Please have ticket barcodes ready to be scanned.
What are the show running times?
- 5pm – Gates Open
- 5.30pm – Big Top opens for people to find seats
- 6pm – Show starts
- Interval
- 8pm – Show finishes
Ticket Pricing
- Tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be on sale on the gate.
- Early bird price £10 per adult and £8 per child (under 2 free) until 31st May.
- 1st June onwards tickets are £12 per adult and £10 per child.
- Under 2’s are free if they are sat on a lap throughout the performance.
- Tickets are sold on first come, first served basis.
- Entry only with a valid ticket, please ensure you have your tickets downloaded or printed ready for scanning at entry.
Food & Drink
- Friends of Mayhill will be providing BBQ food and drinks available to purchase before and during the show.
- Happy’s Circus sell popcorn and candy floss.
- Both take cash or card payments.
Parking
Parking is very limited so we encourage people to walk where possible and use car parks in the village.
Accessibility
Happy’s Circus is on ground level and accessible to wheelchairs. Please select ‘wheelchair access needed’ when purchasing your ticket so that stewards can advise you where to go on arrival.
Toilets
There will be portable toilets on the field for use.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non refundable. In the unlikely instance that the circus cancel the show, a full refund will be given.
Is the show suitable for all ages?
Yes, it’s a family show that appeals to all ages! Consisting of music, comedy, singing, acrobatics, and aerial acts. There are no animals, fireworks, or live ammunition in the show.
