Internal Clubs

Military Heroes Club – this is a club for military children only. It will run on the first Tuesday of each month. Dates for this club will be published in September.

Please read the following important information before signing your child up:

School run clubs will begin on the week commencing 14th September 2026, with the last club being held in the week commencing 23rd November 2026.

Clubs have limited numbers of children for health and safety reasons. Places will be allocated at the school’s discretion but largely on a first come, first served basis. We aim try and ensure as many children as possible can attend at least one club and as many children have the opportunity to experience the clubs on offer. This may mean that your child will not automatically gain a space in a popular club that they have previously attended.

Clubs will be charged at £25 per club place per term, unless otherwise stated. You will be informed via email by Thursday 10th September if you child is confirmed to have a place on a club or has been placed on the waiting list. Payment for confirmed places will then by due by Friday 18th September 2026 via SCOPAY. Non payment may result in the place being given to another child from the waiting list. Children eligible for Free School Meals will not be expected to pay for teacher led clubs and will be eligible for subsidised rates from some externally led clubs. In the event a club has to be cancelled we will endeavour to provide 48 hrs notice via an email to parents. Should there not be sufficient sign-up for a club, then it may not be viable to go ahead.
